Is it possible to populate Action Reason based on Assignment Category (Employment Category).

Requirement :

Populate Action Reason based on Assignment Category (Employment Category).

Example :

Suppose John's assignment Category is Full time employee and Martine assignment Category is Apprentice.

Manager should have the Action Reason visiblity for only Martine.

Note: Action reasons needs to be restricted based on Assignment Category. Currently system allows us to have the restrict based on user role.
