Is it possible for users to disable their email notifications while keeping in-app notifications?

In Oracle Fusion, is there a way for users to disable all email notifications while still receiving in-app (bell icon) notifications?

We have users who prefer to manage their tasks directly within the system and would like to avoid receiving duplicate notifications by email.

Is this something that can be configured at the user level, or would it require an admin-level setup?
