Criteria based role/privilege if we can add at Item Class Level

Summary:

In order to create specific item classes, we need to add Role at Item class level under Security tab.
We have added a role "Test Manage Item Supplier O Role" to the "Trackpad" Item class level Now any user who inherits the above Role will be able to see the item created for Trackpad item class.
However, we have a use case, where there can be multiple people which inherits above role and can create Trackpad item but should not be able to see the Trackpad items created by other user.
Is it feasible to add criteria specific condition like "Give the access to the item where I am the owner/creator" ?
