Cause of Issue - Learning specialist not able to search for Courses

Hello,

Our Learning Specialist was not able to search for Courses in Courses Page but earlier was able to do so. We fixed the issue by adding the data security policies.

We followed the below steps:

To allow the Learning Specialist to see content they create, the below steps need to be followed:

1. Go to Tools > Security Console
2. Search for the role assigned to the Learning Specialist
3. Click Edit Role for the role
4. Go to the Data Security Policies tab
5. Click Create Data Security Policy and input the following information:

 

• Enter any name for the Policy Name. 
• Select WLF_LEARNING_ITEMS_F as the Database Resource
