Hi everyone,
I'm facing an issue with pricing promotions in Oracle Fusion. I’ve created a new promotion under Manage Pricing Promotions, but when I create a sales order, the promotion is not getting applied.

Here’s what I’ve done so far:

• Created a promotion with the correct product eligibility and time frame.
• Made sure the pricing segment is correctly associated.
• Checked the pricing strategy being used in the sales order.
• After creating the sales order, I only see the base price from the price list —
