Can we use BIP report as integration tool to Send data to external system.

Summary:

We have a requirement to to send data to third party/ Oracle application , Is there any possibility to use BIP report data as a file to other system using REST API.

As i can see BIP administrator option to create HTTP connection for the data source. You REST API requires content type as multipart/form-data where we need to send file data in the request.
