can orchestrate refresh measure process affect exceptions

Summary:

the exceptions i am talking about are :

1.Significant Deviation between Sales Orders and Final Shipments Forecast

2.Significant Deviation between Shipments History and Final Shipments Forecast

we used to run orchestrate refresh measure process daily on weekdays. we had currently suspended the job as it became long running. our demand plan runs only on Sundays.

since the week this job was suspended, the above 2 exceptions show zero values. they used to have values prior to it.

please advise.
