Issue with "Upload Changes" Button in VBCS Spreadsheet for Work Definition Updates

Summary:

Would like update some of the details in work definition using VBCS

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We are trying to update Work Definition component details (such as supply type, sub-inventory/locator) and resource details (such as usage, etc.) using Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).

However, with the current REST API, the "Upload Changes" button in the Oracle Visual Builder tab of the spreadsheet remains disabled.

Could you please let us know if we are missing any configuration or if additional setup is required to activate this feature?
