Hello experts,

we have configured both AI Agents in specific Guided Journeys and enabled some AI Assist buttons in different type of pages.

We have tested the availability for these feature using a different languages and we have seen that:

  • for AI Agent → asking the question in Italian for example, sometimes it returns the answer in italian, sometimes in english
  • for AI Assit → entering the title of a performance goal for example in italian, if I click on AI Assist the goal description is returned in english
