When i am trying to delete location in Data management i get error as "aif.location.undefined'

Summary:

To delete a Location in Data management ,first i have deleted data load rules associated and also Data load mappings of that location ,After that when i try to delete a location in DM it throws error as "Cannot Delete Location since there is POV associated with this Location error",

similarly if it try to delete same location from Data Exchange it throws different error as " Location deletion Failed with error 'aif.location.undefined' "

Please help how to fix the above error and delete the location in DM
