How to grey out submit button on the add asset page

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to make serial number and tag number field mandatory. We have achieved that through form personalization.

But when click on Add asset after enter the details user is able to submit the asset addition. Instead user needs to click on Next and fill the tag number and serial number.

Could you please suggest how to make Submit button greyed out such that user is forced to click on Next button and fill and then submit the asset addition.
