Unable to update absence entry of exited employee via HDL file

Summary:

HDL load error -"This worker isn't eligible to add absences of the selected absence type."

Employee 123 is exited on 3/12/25 .
This employee has absence entry of dated 2/17/25 with duration of 1.8 hours .
Now I am trying to update above absence entry with duration of 7.4 hours. However, while loading the HDL system is giving error as "This worker isn't eligible to add absences of the selected absence type."

PersonAbsenceEntry.dat file is used to load the data .
