How to update Data Storage when loading metadata via Essbase cloud UI?

I have a metadata file with 3 columns (Parent | Child | Alias). I want to updated the Data Storage type of the existing metadata (same metadata as in the file) from "Store Data" to "Never Share" using a "Dimension Build" Load Rule. I tried adding a 4th filed with a property of "N" and that did not change the Data Storage for existing members of the dimension.

I also tried clicking on "Dimension" on the "Edit Rule" screen, navigating to the dimension → General Tab → changing Storage to "Never Share". This also did not work. Any thoughts on how I can update the Data Storage with my current file and a Rule?
