How to migrate OBIEE12c Agents as-is from old environment

Summary:

We need to move over 1000+ automated agents from our test system (DEV) to our live system (PROD) in OBIEE 12c on Linux.

Normally, when we move these agents, they all get turned off, and we have to turn them back on one by one. But, we don't know which agents are supposed to be off and which are supposed to be on in our bank. So, if we turn them all on, we might accidentally turn on agents that shouldn't be running, which would cause big problems.

Is there a way to move the agents without them getting turned off? Or, can we do some updates in the database (specifically the S_NQ_JOB and S_NQ_JOB_PARAM tables) to keep the agents in their current on/off state after the move?
