Unable to add NIC for existing Family and Emergency contacts - MRUI
in HCM Mobile
Hi Team,
We're currently facing an issue in Oracle Fusion HCM where the NIC (National Identity Card) field for Family and Emergency Contacts cannot be added for existing family contacts in below MRUI path.
MRUI path - My Client Groups > Family and Emergency Contacts > Select existing contact > Add NIC
When Admin tries to add or update the NIC for an existing dependent or emergency contact, the Add option becomes unresponsive. We’ve confirmed this behavior across multiple users and roles. Kindly note that admins can add NIC when they adding a new contact but they can't add the NIC to the existing contacts. I have attached below a screenshot FYR.
