How to set value into internal pricing attribute in pricing model

Oracle CPQ 25A Patch 6

We are currently using pricing models(advance legacy) and wanted to pass information to lower pricing models to determine to apply further discount/uplift.

At the moment we can only pass/retrieve profile_price between price models down the order. As per documentation we found these internal pricing attributes can be used for this purpose.

We need help with the internal attribute:

  • How to set value into internal attribute using advance BML

Also we need some best practice on how to quit a price model gracefully(when price is not found) returning unit price as 0 is not an option as 0.00 is a valid price for us

Howdy, Stranger!
