Unclickable rejection status over PR

The User is searching the PR from the Manage Requisitions page and the search results are displaying the Status of PR along with other details. If the Status of the PR is Rejected, then there is no hyperlink on this "Rejected" to directly navigate to the Rejection reason which is present in case of PO.

Any idea, on which setup is missing or how can we enable this hyperlink in case of Rejected status of PR in fusion.
