Form 2.0 won't display data in Dashboard 2.0 until you use Scroll Bar?

Summary:

Form 2.0 behavior in Dashboard 2.0 displays blank when the dashboard is opened. Data does not appear until the scroll bar is moved. This applies to both the visualization on the dashboard and the drill views attached to the form that open in new tabs. Additionally, if you navigate away from the dashboard or form tab after using the scroll bar to get the data to display, the data disappears and you have to move the scroll bar to get it to load again.
