Activity count is coming as zero against routing plan

Hi,

I have created a routing plan (screenshot attached). When i am trying to run it manually it showing me the activities count as zero and therefore not routing activities to technicians (screenshot attached).

I have done following configuration.

1) I have checked support workzone and workskill while creating activity type.

2) I have added workzone correctly at parent level of bucket.

3) Workskill is blank against technicians.(To crosscheck i have also tried adding workskills for technicians but still activity count is zero against routing plan)

4) i have created hierrarchy as Group>bucket>group>technicians ( to crosscheck i have also tried creating like Group> bucket> technician)
