Define/Control Activity Duration based on Team Size

Hi,

Is there a way we can control the activity duration based on the number of members in a team? Example below:

1. A team has 2 members, they take 4 hours to complete a task whereas

2. A team has 3 members, they take 3 hours to complete a task.

How can we achieve this in the OFSC? the activity duration is not driven by the type of activity. 

Any solution would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
