functional logic for contract deliverables information to be copied over to a duplicated contract

This concerns procurement contracts.

When duplicating an existing contract, you would expect that the deliverables information under the "Deliverables" tab would get copied over to the duplicated contract, when you select the "duplicate" option in the actions dropdown list on the main page of a contract in oracle fusion cloud (see screenshot below).

My question is: under what circumstances does this info not get copied over ? OR does it always get copied over to the duplicated contract.

My Observation: I duplicated a single contract many times & observed that the "deliverables" information was getting carried over every time.

Reason for asking this question: One of our business users mentioned that they weren't able to copy over the contract deliverable information to the duplicated contract.
