Update set compartment context command on the OCI Console Applications Page

While we create and deploy function, following command is not given in the quick start guide on the console

Because of which, it errors out while pushing image to repository and would be helpful to have it in the quick start guide on the console as well.

fn update context oracle.image-compartment-id <compartment-ocid>

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

OCI Function create and deploy error out with error as

"Fn: error running docker push: exit status 125"
