    In our current Oracle EPM Cloud setup, we have an existing instance URL in the format:

    https://planning-xxxxxx.pbcs.us2.oraclecloud.com/

    This URL does not include any specific regional identifier.

    However, recent Oracle EPM Cloud environments are provisioned with URLs that explicitly include the region, such as:

    https://XXapp1-XXoci.epm.us-ashburn-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com/

    Can the existing URL be manually modified to include the region name (e.g., us-ashburn-1) to match the new format, and if so, will it still function as expected for accessing the application? How can we update the existing URL to new Format.
