OTM Spot Bid Tender Estimated Delivery Date should be after Shipment's Requested pickup time

We do not want a Spot bid shipment's LSP Estimated delivery date to be before Shipment's Requested Pickup Time.

Dear team,

We need your support on creating a Validation During Spot Bid Tender, to prevent LSP's from putting an Expected Delivery Date before the Shipment's Requested Pickup Date.

We tried creating ACTION CHECK while AWARD BID / ADD BID. But the action check checks if atleast one of the LSP's is offering Expected Delivery Date before SHIPMENT Requested pickup time. Then, it allows all LSP's to get Awarded.
