Stop Absence FYI Notifications for Duplicate Notifications to ESS but allow for MSS Submissions.

Summary:

We are getting duplicate Notifications for Absences submitted via ESS and MSS. Approver or Rejected but also FYI notification back to the employee.

So 2 Notifications to Employee.

We want to stop the FYI . I can do this by updating the task in BPM FYINotifcationsTask > Assignees > selecting the seeded Stage and selecting 'Ignore Participants' .

Issue is this turns off all FYI Notifications in my workflow Absence Approval process.

This is ok when the employee submits Absence record via ESS and it goes to their LM for approval . On Approval or rejecting they only get a Approved or rejected Notification.

But when Line Manager submits via MSS on behalf of a direct report, the Direct report gets no notification when the record submitted by the Line Manger is auto approved.
