Error When Adding New AI Agent – No Error Message Details Shown

Hi all,

I'm currently trying to create a new AI Agent. After selecting "Create Agent," I added the published tools and saved the setup. However, when I click on "Add" to proceed, an error occurs. The issue is that error message details are not displayed, so I'm unable to understand what’s causing the problem or how to fix it.

Has anyone come across this before? could you please advise your insights about this?
