Can we use datacube to generate report for every 15mins

Summary:

We have an use case to generate report for backtrack and planning which need all CPQ transactional data. This reporting will have to generate for every 15mins/near-time to have properly planning.

Can we use datacube to generate reports for every 15mins. Will there be any performance impact to the site if this can be achieved. What is the oracles recommendation to get the all transactional data in real time.

We know about APIs but it is not performance efficient since we need to call the APIs multiple times within less time and that too we will only get 1000 records at a time.
