Many to Many rule not working in transaction matching in Oracle ARCS with the same data type

Hi All, we have a rule regarding many-to-many relationships, where there are two transactions on the source system side and one transaction on the sub-system side, with all fields matching. However, the rule is currently not functioning as expected. The matching attributes have the same data type, which is "Text," but the rule is not matching data correctly. It is getting pushed in the bucket of unmatched transactions. The many to many rule is also grouped with the attributes applied in the rule condition.
