Payment and Pricing for Offering in Learning Module

Hello,

My current client is looking to understand the capabilities for the Payment and Pricing of Offerings within the Learning Module. There is not much information within the implementation guides or using learning guide. I have found documents that highlight there being three options of Manual, No Payment, and Online; but the environments I work within do not have the option for Online. Along with this, they are wondering whether there is a capability for the business to pay for the object on behalf of the learner, if so how is this done?

Any insight on this would be great as there are next to no documents available through Oracle outlining the setup and capabilities of these functionalities.
