FBDI inventory Transactions upload failing with error ' You must enter valid locator segments.'

hello Experts,

We are trying to load Inv onhand using FBDI. Our subinvntory is locator controlled which are predefined. In FBDI file, this is what we are passing for a 4-segment locator structure. Data is getting loaded to interface tables successfully but fails on running manage Inv Txns with error- You must enter valid locator segments.

We have successfully created on hand with same details from UI. Also after FBDI upload fails, we have utilized manage Pending Txns UI, where locator is empty and updating locator from UI again uploads the record.

Anyone else navigated through this and can provide inputs?
