How to enable project for Purchase Requisition Approval?

We need to use Project attribute for PR approval. This is only required to send notification to Project Management for PR approval.

At present Project module is not implemented. Project Cost accounting or budgetary control is not required.

So ,need basic information like

*If licenses are applicable

*What roles would be needed

*What is needed for the implementation of the module.
