Default values from Fusion Cloud is not showing in OTBI

Summary:

We are using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) to generate reports from Fusion PLM. However, when we attempt to generate reports for attributes with default values from Fusion PLM Configuration setup, those values are not appearing in the reports. Interestingly, if we change the value and then revert it back to the default, it does show up correctly.

Could you please clarify if this is the expected behavior? Alternatively, is there any way to ensure that default values populate in the reports without having to modify them?
