Want to give access of work shifts, patterns and schedules via set up and maintenance

Customer wants to access of Work shift, Work Workday Patterns ,Work schedule and Work schedule assignment via set up and maintenance. But when we tried to grant the "Application Implementation Consultant" role, what we observe is that this role provides a a lot of duties/privileges.

However, in our requirement we only want that user get access to Work shift, Work Workday Patterns ,Work schedule and Work schedule assignment via set up and maintenance.

Can anyone provide some guidance as to which duty roles/privileges we need to set up to achieve the above requirement. Is there any existing seeded role which can be used or we need to build a custom role ?
