Material Difference between the invoice header and invoice line amount

Hi,

We are facing an issue related to interfaced invoice in accounts payable from the lease accounting. The amount on the invoice header is materially different then the invoice line amount. Invoice line amount matches with the payment schedules of lease accounting while the amount on invoice header is different. What's the reason behind this issue and we can rectify it.
