Overtime auto approval when overtime less than 1 minute

Hi,

Can someone guide me on below requirement -

payroll time type = Overtime

Current Setup:

If Payroll time type = Overtime than Approval to Line Manager

The requirement is when the overtime duration is less than 1 minute for that day then it should be auto approve.
