HDL Template for Assignment Regularization Date Change

Hi All,
I need your help in creating an HDL Template for loading a bulk of over 500 records. The goal is to update the regularization dates of these employees in their assignment records. These employees have been with us for a long time, and there have been numerous assignment changes. I want to insert a row indicating when they were regularized.
Action: ASG_CHANGE
Action Reason: Reg Temp Change
Currently, I have the following details:
- Person Number
- Assignment Number
- Legal Employer Name
- Regularization (Effective Start Date)
