Oracle HCM BI Table to retrieve employees Eligible for eligibility profile

Hi team,
the client ask for creating a report to track Eligibility Profiles and Employees eligible for them.
Is it possible to create a report like this "dynamically", so receiving any new data created?
Is there a specific table that links the eligibility profiles and the eligible Employees?

Actually it seems we have the opportunity to retrieve the Employees and, on the one hand, and the Eligibility Profiles, on the other side: can we just create a run time report for each eligibility profile?
