Supply Plan with Planning Attributes going into error--Can anyone help if they have seen this error

Summary:

I have a Supply Plan that errors upon running with the message below. Just for context, I have defined Planning Attributes, added them to the netting rule on the supply Plan and Ship to consumption level on the demand schedule is Planning Attributes with both both attributes enabled for forecast consumption as in screenshots below. Upon running the Plan, I am getting the weird message below, not sure what I am missing or is this process not supported at all. FYI—The problem started coming in after I had defined the second attribute, with only one the supply plan ran ok
