Is there any way of triggering Agent On CSV upload

Summary:

We are importing rates from another ERP system into OTM using CSV data embedded within an XML structure. Once the rates are created in OTM, we want to determine whether a specific corporation exists.

1. If the corporation exists, we want to create a corresponding corporation profile (if not already present) and update the rate offering with this profile.

2. If no matching corporation is found, we plan to update the rate offering with a predefined default corporation profile.

Is there a recommended approach to handle this in real-time, rather than relying on a scheduled job to trigger?
