What role should i assign an user to view all BPM Tasks

I understand https://servername.com/bpm/api/4.0/tasks will fetch the BPM tasks assigned to the current User, but our requirement is to fetch all the BPM tasks in the instance . May i know what role should i assign to the user to fetch the details of all BPM tasks irrespective of the status of the task.
