Tracking Completion Dates for Action Plan Tasks in Redwood UI

Summary:

Hello Experts,

We are currently implementing the HR Help Desk using Redwood UI and leveraging Action Plans for Case Management. As part of this, we would like to track when individual actions or tasks within an Action Plan are completed.

We have explored the possibility of creating custom fields on the Action Plan template; however, the system does not allow us to modify the Action Plan template in Visual Builder Studio (VBS).

Additionally, although the Case Summary Page includes an Audit History section, it does not appear to capture the completion date of individual tasks or actions within the Action Plan.
