HCM - WAF for SaaS - Dynamic Ruleset

We use a Microsoft Azure Enterprise App for provisioning Users via HCM-SCIM-API. We're now facing the problem that when we setup WAF4SaaS Rules to restrict access to HCM FA to specific IP-Address CIDRs that the Enterprise App can't connect to the HCM-SCIM-API-Endpoint anymore. Unfortunately the request from the Azure Enterprise App can origin from many different IP-Address-CIDRs that Microsoft provides in a JSON-File or API under the Tag "AzureActiveDirectory".

Is there a solution for a WAF4SaaS Ruleset that can be updated dynamically if IP-Addresses changing on Azure side?
