    How to Send FYI Notifications to Multiple Users in Timecard Approval Workflow

    Summary:

    We have a requirement where, if a employee submits a timecard, the workflow should:

    • Route the timecard to the employee’s manager for approval
    • Send FYI notifications to the employee, the manager, and the Local HR

    Currently, the approval is successfully routed to the manager, but I am unable to configure the workflow to send FYI notifications to the other stakeholders (employee and Local HR).

    Could anyone guide me on how to configure the workflow or rule set to include FYI notifications for multiple recipients after manager approval. Is it feasible ??
