Attempted to use REPLACE (name, chr(38)||amp;, '&') function to remove 'amp;' after & in DM SQL

Summary:

Hello Forum:

We have & showing up in place of 'Apples & Oranges' i..e. 'Apples & Oranges whether in a Report or a native HCM Extract XML output (View Entity).

Tried using REPLACE which works fine in BIP Query, but the Extract output report version still shows '&' in italics.

Does anyone know a way to turn off hidden tags, after ampersand character 'amp;' in HCM?

Is this performed at the Database setting?
