Is it possible to publish planning table data with the archived data measures when comparing

When users used the "Compare" option to compare current plan data to other plans or archives and exported the table data, the exported excel contains the measures of the other plans/archives. But when the users used the "Publish" option, the measures of the other plans/archives are not included in the excel. Is there a way to make that possible.

Users prefers to used publish instead of exporting directly from table because sometimes the combinations of the table are too large and the table display some errors. When using "Publish" option it doesn't matter how large is the data.
