Expenditure Type at Source Lines from ORACLE PROJECTS

For some source Lines the Expenditure Type is missing, for SOURCE=ORACLE PROJECTS

at Projects, we can see the Expenditure Type is correct:

is it because it is a 'custom' Transaction Source in Projects module? are not coming from the standard Oracle Fusion modules Transaction Source, those are from a Transaction source named 'Custom Misc Cost'

On the other hand, I have a source line that is coming from ORACLE PROJECTS, and at the Description we usually see the Expenditure Item ID, but under the 2dn line below, for Invoice Number FA21 the Description column is missing the Expenditure Item ID , there is another text there; for all of the other lines, with ORACLE PROJECTS source, we see the expenditure item id
