Unable to move an item with an expiration date from active to reserve?

Summary:

When attempting to move an item that is enabled for expiration dates from Active to Reserve, I get the error message "Item not in this location".

If I disable expiration on that same item, I am now able to Create LPN from Active inventory.

I tried enabling Batch Expiry, but that did not seem to make any difference.

Looking for any suggestions that someone may have.
