Narrative: Report Package - Author Phase: Approval/ Rejection with optional/ forced comment?

Dear valued Narrative Experts,

we set up a narrative Reports package- overall impression is very good meanwhile - and prefer to use the Author phase with Approval/ Rejection for certain doclets.

Question: is there a way to allow or force for a comment on the rejection? We don't find an option to provide information in the system, when a doclet is rejected and send back to the author.

We would like to use the approval/rejection in the author phase for small correction rather than using 10 review cycles in the review phase.

Do I miss something, are there workarounds or is this a pending enhancement request?
