How to capture Freight Cost in Destination organization for Transfer Orders

We are working on creating cost adjustment from costing area.

We are using actual costing method and valuation is at Lot level.

 

Scenario: 

Created a transfer order, pick pack and shipped out the material from source organization

Before receiving in destination organization we created a cost adjustment for that item and added a freight cost component above item cost in destination organization

Ran costing jobs and freight component was added to item cost in destination organization (verified in review item cost)

Transfer order was received and delivered

Again ran costing jobs.

But cost adjustment was not capture in cost distribution of destination org.
