Resource Breakdown structure resource class data not exporting into Excel

Expenditure Type, Planning Resources are not able to 'Export to Excel'

We are trying to Export the data into Excel and data not exporting into excel correctly. and the excel showing with below error.

"This page uses JavaScript and requires a JavaScript enabled browser. Your browser is not JavaScript enabled."

I enabled the browser with 'JavaScript Enabled' options but still showing the same for the latest export to excel.
